In 2003 graduated from the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University ("International Law"), and in 2018 from Zhytomyr National Agroecological University ("management of foreign economic activity").

In 2004-2008 he was at the Diplomatic Service at various positions at the EU Directorate General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. He was advisor to the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine on European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

In 2008-2010 he was one of the initiators of the creation and headed the international legal unit of the Coordination Bureau for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

In 2010-2014, he was engaged in legal support for the preparation and holding of the final part of EURO-2012 in Ukraine and Poland. Headed the Legal Department of the National Agency for the Preparation and holding in Ukraine of the final part of the EURO-2012 and the implementation of infrastructure projects

Participated in a number of negotiations on the adjustment of certain international legal problems in Ukraine's relations with other countries, was a member of the working groups in negotiations with the EU on the conclusion of the Association Agreement, agreements on visa dialogue and readmission, etc.

He was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine (2013) and noted with many thanks of ministers of foreign affairs, infrastructure, vice prime minister, prime minister (2005, 2006, 2012) and a valuable gift from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (2007).

Since 2014 he is engaged in private legal practice and public activities.
